Community Training Institute (CTI) Graduates
We just graduated a group of students from our CNA training on April 28! These graduates completed certification testing and are now official CNAs on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry. Congratulations Graduates!
CTI operates as a Pennsylvania Private Licensed School with funding through the Westmoreland-Fayette Workforce Investment Board. The training program consists of seven weeks of intensive classroom instruction and hands-on skill practice to prepare trainees for clinical experience in a long-term care facility. Graduates earn a Certificate of Completion from CTI and register for the National Nurse Aide Assessment Program exam (NNAAP). Passing this exam places the graduate on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry and qualifies them to be hired as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Admission requirements include a PA Photo ID/Driver’s License, High School Diploma or GED, PA Criminal Background Check, Physical Exam, 2-Step Tuberculin Skin Test, and a Reading/Math Placement Test. For additional information, contact Community Training Institute at 724-430-3027.
