The Community Training Institute (CTI) is an onsite training center that was developed in 1991. The Nurse Aide Training program is operated through FCCAA CTI.
The Nurse Aide Training program includes seven weeks of classroom and clinical instruction for individuals to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which provides basic care to patients and assists them in daily activities. The CNA program includes small class sizes, PA state certification testing, and job placement assistance.

- State police criminal background check
- doctor’s physical and TB two-step test
