Packing Boxes at the Food Bank
The FCCAA Food Bank needs volunteers to help pack food boxes that will be distributed at sites and to senior citizens. This volunteer opportunity takes place Monday through Friday in the morning or afternoon at the FCCAA Food Bank warehouse located in Republic, PA.
Responsibilities entail:
- Standing and moving for long periods
- Lifting, opening, and unloading boxes containing food products
- Packing boxes with items such as cereal, juice, canned goods, and other nonperishable foods

The volunteers for our Free Tax Preparation services prepare taxes for low-income individuals and senior citizens.

Circles volunteers participate in outreach and recruitment activities.
